I am a computer scientist by profession and have over 15 years of experience in this volatile area such as IT.
I worked for 13 years at the Santarém City Council, 4 of which as a coordinator at the Citizen’s Space within the Citizen’s Shop, where I saw, heard and felt the enormous difficulties most citizens face in obtaining the necessary knowledge to solve their daily problems.
Since 2019, I have been working at the largest Public Institute of the Portuguese State for Administrative Modernization as an IT technician in the User Support Team, which has given me even greater awareness and perception of this same need.
